FLUORY is to offer you the standard shipping and express, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Some countries may suspend delivery due to the epidemic, but when it shows that it cannot be delivered to your country, you can ask the staff whether you can reopen the purchase channel in your area.

 Standard shipping:

                 A.The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

                      1.Processing time: 3-7 Workdays

                      2.Shipping time: 14~30 Workdays

                 B.Shipping methods:By air or by sea.

                 C.Shipping fee:FREE

 

*Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
                 A. Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
                 B. Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
                 C. Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
                 D. Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
                 E. Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
                 F. Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

                G.If the delivery information says it has been signed, the customer says it has not been received,therefore, for the sake of insurance, it is recommended to choose express delivery for valuable goods.
